How To Overcome
Midlife Hormonal Challenges
To Reclaim Your Body, Energy and Life

(when everything you have tried has failed)

Hello my lovely, Belinda Benn here…

Are you at a crossroads knowing something
has to change - and it has to happen now??

If so, I know exactly how you’re feeling because I used to be in your shoes.

None of this is your fault…

It’s not “you” - it’s your hormones that are to blame!!

The good news is, once you realize this and know what to do…

You can take back control of your body and your life.

Who Is This For?

This is for women 40-Plus who are struggling
with their body and hormones.

This is for you if nothing seems to be working.

If you’re fed up, exhausted and confused about what you should be doing…

If you just want to FEEL GOOD again - then this is definitely for you and you’re in the right place.

It’s not your fault you’re struggling…

It’s just that you haven’t known what you’re doing wrong - and what you should be doing instead.

Once you do…

Why Listen To Me?

I speak to women every day who are feeling just like you…
You’re not alone and I know how tough it is.
That’s why I’m here help.

What if you could look and feel better in your 40's and 50's than you did at 30?

It is possible!

I’ve been through the mid-life changes you’re experiencing and come out the other side…

…Happier, healthier, fitter and stronger.

This is a photo of me in my mid-30’s on my way to adult diabetes, metabolic syndrome and chronic health problems.

I was so out of shape, flabby and full of cellulite I couldn't bear to look at myself naked in the mirror…

And I lived on sugar!!

I’m talking about 3 teaspoons in each of my 5 cups of coffee a day - not to mention the lollies, chocolates, cakes and biscuits.

I knew something was very wrong but then things got a lot worse…

I discovered my husband of 16 years had been cheating on me for most of our marriage (all while preaching from the pulpit on Sundays and trying for our first baby).

The trauma of my divorce led to a radical life change and a dramatic transformation in my 40’s.

To everyone’s surprise (including myself), I became an international fitness model…

But Even Though I Was In Amazing Shape -
By My Late 40’s I Began Struggling With…

It was all very unexpected and traumatic.

If you can relate to any of this I understand exactly how you’re feeling and I’m sorry for your suffering.

The truth is hormonal changes affect all women over 40 - no matter what your weight, size, shape or fitness level.

I’ve discovered that mid-life we need to do things differently and what used to work doesn’t anymore.

Today I’m 54 - in the best shape of my life and helping other women do the same.

My clients are healthy, happy and confident in their new body, looking forward to the future.

As a woman in the prime of your life you deserve to have this too!!

So what’s stopping you?

The Problem

Not Knowing Who To Trust Or What To Do…

If you’re like most women you’ve tried more diets, plans, supplements and shakes than you care to admit.

Maybe you’ve even sought the advice of health professionals and doctors…

Or read a lot of online articles trying to work out what’s really going on and what to do.

You’ve probably been so bombarded with “information” that you’re feeling overwhelmed, frustrated and at your wits end.

You just don’t know who or what to trust anymore!!

Please take a deep breath.

I want you to be free from this mouse on the spinning wheel feeling forever.

Imagine what a deep relief that would be.

It’s not your fault this all feels so hard…

It’s just that you haven’t had a clear plan to get yourself and your body to the place you’ve been dreaming of…

And the truth is…

You do have the power to change!!

No matter where you’re at today, no matter what your age or what challenges you’re facing it’s never too late.

You simply need to put your old beliefs on pause and open yourself up to a new way of seeing things.

It’s not about trying to get as much information as you can…

There’s information overload out there and so far it hasn’t helped you get unstuck.

This is about your TRANSFORMATION.

Once you flick the switch and focus on transformation - not information incredible things will start happening for you.

Let me show you how…

Your Solution

Step 1: Get In The Driver’s Seat

As time goes by it’s easy to end up in the back seat of your life - putting your own needs, health and happiness second to everyone else.

Doing what you think you “must do” and being the person you think you “should be”…

…As a mother, a wife, in your work or maybe even as a carer for elderly parents or ill family members.

Silently struggling while taking care of everyone else.

Some women are so unhappy they neglect their health and give up caring for themselves.

They’ve put their own dreams and desires on hold, waiting for the day when things get better…

…But that day never seems to come and another year goes by.

If this is you it’s time to jump into the front seat, grab ahold of the steering wheel and take control of your future.

No more blaming others and no more blaming yourself - because all this just keeps you in the backseat.

It’s time to make time for YOU.

I promise if you make this life-changing decision today you’ll never look back.

Step 2: Work In Harmony With Your Hormones

The truth is, hormonal changes happen a lot earlier than you’ve been led to believe…

From the age of 35 to 50 estrogen drops by 35% and progesterone and testosterone drops by 75%.

These biochemical changes cause many difficult and stressful symptoms.

Yet most women don't realize it's their hormones that are to blame…

You’re not going crazy and it’s not “you” – it’s your hormones!

Maybe you can relate to some of these:

Dropping Estrogen Leads To:

  • Sudden weight gain, especially around the waist (despite eating and exercising the same as before).
  • Cravings for sweet, high-fat and salty foods, especially late afternoon.
  • Knees, hips and joints start bothering you (due to increased inflammation).
  • Thinning hair and eyebrows.
  • Dry skin and wrinkles.
  • Vaginal dryness causing uncomfortable or painful sex.
  • Always feeling fatigued and exhausted.

Dropping Progesterone Leads To:

  • Hot flushes and night sweats.
  • Trouble falling asleep or staying asleep.
  • Prone to feeling anxious and stressed (the little things bother you more than before).
  • Moodiness - feeling sad, blue, easily irritated or having a “short fuse”.
  • Hormonal headaches.

Dropping Testosterone Leads To:

  • Low libido and difficulty achieving orgasm.
  • Loss of muscle tone.
  • Slower recovery from exercise and exertion.
  • Loss of mojo.

These hormonal imbalances may also lead to:

  • Trouble with your digestion, bloating and gas.
  • Alcohol affects you more than before.
  • Your period is less regular - longer, shorter, lighter or heavier.
  • Hairs growing in odd places.
  • Brain fog and dizziness.
  • Blurry vision when tired, despite your eyesight being OK.
  • Headaches, noise and light sensitivity (worse when tired).
  • Stress-sensitivity causing cortisol to rise making you gain weight (especially around the waist).

By the time you’ve reached breaking point these hormonal changes have been underway for years.

This is why what used to work doesn't anymore and why your old tricks for losing weight seem to be making things worse.

Here's the big thing I want you to get ahold of today…

You need to do things differently because
your body has changed.

You need to stop fighting against your hormones
and work with them instead!!

Step 3: Don’t Trust The “One Size Fits All”

We all know there's no shortage of plans, programs and diets out there making all sorts of claims...

The sad truth is these are designed by "gurus" who have no idea about the challenges you're facing - with your body, hormones and lifestyle.

Most of the gurus have always been fit, they're younger and of course they look great.

Do they know how it feels to see their belly expanding by the minute in the mirror?

Do they know what it's like to wake up exhausted, struggling to get through every day?

Do they understand how hard it is dealing with mid-life hormonal changes?

It’s Time To Get Off The Roller Coaster…

It's not your fault the “diets” haven't worked…

Once your hormones change dieting stresses your body and slows your metabolism - making you gain weight.

Maybe it worked years ago but it won't work for you now.

And the old way of exercising doesn’t work either….

I’m talking about high intensity, high impact, heavy weight training, spin classes, gym machines and distance running…

…Workouts that increase inflammation and cortisol making you prone to sore joints and muscle strains - leaving you exhausted and increasing belly fat.

You just can't push, push, push your body like this and expect to see results!!

When you eat and exercise the right way for this stage of your life - you’ll lose weight easily, regain your energy and feel great again.

Step 4: Create A New Lifestyle

In your 40’s and 50’s the pressures of work, relationships and family can mean life gets out of balance.

You become more stress-sensitive.

Sleep, energy and moods suffer…

Your hormonal symptoms get worse.

But what to do??

You don’t need a quick fix or a “diet” or something that feels hard to stick to.

You need a healthy lifestyle plan that makes time for YOUR wellbeing and happiness.

I’m talking about an easy daily routine that makes healthy living second nature.

So you don’t fall back into bad habits.

This is incredibly POWERFUL because it sets your transformation on autopilot.

When you make this lifestyle shift…

  • Your hormonal symptoms will improve so you feel yourself again.
  • You’ll lose weight naturally and easily without the stress.
  • You’ll feel calmer and more balanced - able to enjoy life without feeling exhausted or overwhelmed.
  • You’ll reconnect with your body and feel good about yourself again.
  • You’ll feel stronger and more confident – ready to take on new challenges…

So you can live your life to the full for many, many years to come.

Is this sounding good so far?

Now here’s the last and most important step to help you bring everything together…

Step 5: Invest In Mentoring

No doubt you’ve achieved success in life with the help of some very special people…

So it makes sense to get the support you need in this area too.

When you’re struggling with your hormones and weight it’s really hard to do this on your own!!

You need someone who will save you from making the same mistakes over and over again.

Someone who can help you create a healthy lifestyle for long-term results.

I’m talking about receiving the guidance, motivation and support that’s been lacking in your life.

This is the missing link to your success…

A great Coach will get to the source of your problems quickly and help you overcome your challenges - so you can achieve real, lasting results.

Think about it…

How much progress have you made on your own so far?

Probably not a lot and certainly not what you’ve been hoping for.

The bottom line is, you don’t need more “information” and you don’t need a one size fits all plan…

You need a customized and supportive program that’s been proven to work.

The client success stories below were possible because each woman had personalized support from their own caring Coach…

…To keep them motivated, accountable and on track.

This is how they achieved amazing results in just a few weeks - even after years of suffering.

And just like them - your struggle can stop today…

It’s simply a decision to get in the drivers seat and take control of your body, your hormones and life.

Just like these beautiful women did…

Amanda is 53 and has 4 children and 3 grandchildren. After going into menopause at 39 she struggled with extreme fatigue, aches and pains, brain fog, feeling cold all the time, nausea, loss of muscle tone and bone density. At times it was so bad she just wanted to crawl up in a corner and die. She tried to lose weight but couldn’t keep it off. She tried to exercise but due to her overwhelming fatigue she quickly crashed and hit the wall. The wine had crept up to every day. Her eating was healthy but erratic. She skipped breakfast and didn’t eat until lunch, no afternoon tea and then had her evening meal yet she was gaining weight. All the women in her family put on weight around the middle and that’s what was happening to her too. Amanda told me she wanted to do something positive for herself after putting her life on hold for her kids for so many years.

Within just a few weeks of working together she was sleeping better and had more energy. We started with gentle yoga, stretching and low impact workouts. She learned how to exercise in a slower and more controlled way so she didn’t push herself to the point of crashing. She started eating breakfast and having regular meals and snacks. We both were amazed at how quickly her body responded. Amanda lost 18cms off her waist, 8.4kgs and reduced her body fat percent from 25.6 to 18.6%. She told me, “I’m very much in touch with my body now. I know when it needs to rest, I’m waking up feeling energized, my body is in tune with the sun. I don’t think I’ve ever eaten so much in my life yet I touch myself sideways now and think wow, look at all that weight gone!” Her twin sister June was so inspired by Amanda’s transformation that she’s now working with us too and has already lost 12.4kgs.

Within a few months I lost 29 pounds
and now I’m lighter than when I was 18.

This is 50 year old single mum Karol. Karol has a nursing background and does internal audits for hospitals. All her life she’d struggled with her self-image and self-confidence due to a difficult upbringing. She’d been a yo-yo dieter since the birth of her first baby and had tried slimming world, Atkins, the 5:2 diet to name a few and always went back to the old way of eating. The standing joke in the family was she lost weight in summer and put it all back on in winter. She loved her diet coke, chocolate biscuits and crisps and wouldn’t think twice about eating 6 or 7 packets on the couch after dinner. During the 9 years since her divorce she didn’t feel ready to meet anyone until she felt better about herself and had almost given up hope of meeting someone special. Karol started working with me and convinced Jasmin, who lived with her, to join in too.

The changes happened very quickly for both of them. Within a few months Karol reached her goal weight, lost 29 pounds and now she’s lighter than when she was 18. She told me she actually looks better than then because she’s toned and has abs for the first time in her life. The bad cellulite has gone and she has a firm and defined bum, whereas before it was, in her words, “one big lump of lard”. Her skin looks amazing and the enlarged pores are disappearing. She often travels for work, away two weeks at a time and follows an easy plan for eating and exercising in her hotel room. She’s met a special new partner who loves her for who she is and supports her choices. Jasmin her daughter has lost 62 pounds and knowing how this has set her up for life makes both of us feel pretty emotional. Most precious of all to me is Karol’s inner transformation. She told me “For the first time in my life I’m proud of myself. I’m a different person. I am self-confident, this is me and I’m not apologizing. I feel like I’ve been reborn.”

Mother and daughter achieved great results together.

All her life Susan had promised herself she would never be "fat and 40”. But when she turned 44 she weighed more than she ever had after a lifetime of being overweight. She’d tried detox plans, calorie restriction, low fat, a weight watchers app, joined gyms at huge expense, worked with personal trainers and exercised to exhaustion every day. She always felt like she was punishing herself for being overweight. Sometimes she lost weight but then always regained it. Things reached a crisis when her partner went away with work for 3 months. After saying goodbye at the airport she drove home, got out the tissues for a good cry and grabbed a coke and chips. She told me at that particular moment, sitting there binging on junk food that she felt totally out of control emotionally. This was the turning point for her and that day she made a decision to stop thinking about making a change and actually do it.

We started working together and within two days she had more energy and no cravings. Within 5 months she lost 53 pounds and went from a size 18 to a size 12. The last time she was a size 12 was 24 years ago. Her self-confidence has soared, she’s started dancing again and has a whole new circle of friends. She told me “eating and exercising this way for my body and wellbeing isn’t punishment or something you have to do because you're overweight. It’s just a way of living for me now, this is about making positive changes that will last a lifetime.”

Jan is a marketing consultant. She never had a weight problem but in her 50’s and out of clothes she was seeing a slow and steady decline in her body. She called herself “skinny fat”. Things were sagging and her skin was losing elasticity. She felt totally cheated as she’d always stayed fit and done weights in the gym but now nothing was making a difference to how she looked in the mirror. Working with me she exercises 3-5 times a week for 30 minutes doing workouts designed to build lean muscle in all the right places. Her body is now beautifully toned and her skin texture has improved. For the first time ever she has a shapely and very sexy butt. She told me “At 53 I have stopped the rot and my body from here on in is simply work in progress, I'm very excited to see how much further I can improve!”

What Our Clients Are Saying…

1 Month On The Program

I have been doing the program for last month now and the changes already are 1/2 stone weight loss, loads more energy, sleeping so much better, flushes have eased, my mood swings and irrational thinking seem under control to, but the best feeling has to be finally be ME again. I went back after a month to speak to my doctor and said I haven’t taken the antidepressants or the HRT and told her about your program. This has changed my life.

1 Week On The Program

When I signed up a week ago I stepped on the scales and was ashamed with the number. Week 1 and the scales have gone down 3.8 kgs (8lbs 3oz). I’ve concentrated on food only. I am amazed by the results. The bloating has reduced and I’m less tired. I don’t think I’ve ever lost this much in 1 week. Thank you so much Bel. You’re helping turn this 45 year old menopausal woman’s life around.

4 Weeks On The Program

Today is day 28 and I can't praise this program enough 💗 I have lost 5.5kg , 11.5 cm around my waist 9cm off my bust, 8cm off my butt and more cm legs arm etc. More importantly I feel amazing, I’m sleeping better, I have more energy and the all day everyday hunger has gone. All this with very limited exercise as I found out I have 3 bulged discs in my lower back. I stuck to the eating plan and didn't go crazy on Treat Night and it works.😁 👍

One Month On The Program

Hey Bel, just wanted to say I’m super happy 5 weeks into the program. I haven’t had a headache, joint pain, brain fog or anxiety for a few weeks now. I’ve stuck 100% to everything, making notes, tracking changes. I can’t wait to see what the rest of the month brings. It’s like opening a new gift each week!!! I’m really enjoying the workouts now and love that they don’t hurt my joints. Thank you Xx Katrina

3 Months On The Program

I can honestly say it's been the best thing I've ever done for myself! Like many other women, especially mothers, I’d often put my own health and wellbeing at the bottom of the list, but for once I decided to do something for ME! Meals are all planned for you so you don’t even have to think about what you’ll be eating! All the recipes are included and man they are GOOD! Every night our kitchen smells like a flash restaurant and I’m not kidding! You get assigned your own personal coach and everyone is so encouraging and supportive of each other. This has been life changing in so many ways. Not only have I got rid of lots of those jiggly bits and cellulite, I now feel fit, healthy and strong and my whole mindset has changed! I feel happier and more confident and ready to take on the world! Another thing I love about this program is that I’m being a positive role model for my children. They get to watch me on my journey of becoming the best version of me.

Deb Shepherd*

3 Months On The Program

I joined just after my hysterectomy so I focused on the nutrition plan. My energy increased and I honestly believe it helped me to recover quicker. I began gentle exercise 2 months later and my results were astonishing. Not only improved muscle tone and smoother skin - I had strength in my body that I hadn't experienced since I was much younger. Everything lifted and the cellulite reduced. My arms had muscle for the first time in my life and I was amazed by the definition in my obliques, especially considering I had not been doing any deep core work. I was amazed by what my body could do at age 53 having not long had surgery and also having osteoarthritis that limited some moves for me. I can honestly say I feel like a new woman.

3 Months On The Program

What I love about this program: so many things! The weight loss, creating good eating habits, the community, the personalized coaching and of course our fearless leader and lovely person Belinda Benn. Seeing the changes in your body is exciting and empowering. I am very happy with my progress and haven’t felt this good in a long time. I run a business and have a family so exercising at home works better for me than going to a gym. It is something that my family can see me do and will hopefully encourage them to have healthy habits too. I didn’t have a huge amount of weight to lose but I needed to get healthy and fit again. This program has definitely given me the tools I need to stay healthy and fit as I approach my fifties.

Bronwyn Duce*

3 Months On The Program

Learning about the impact of changing hormones and how to respond with lifestyle changes, proper nutrition and specific workouts has been the key for me. The exercises have changed my body like nothing else-from the inside out! The routines are safe and adaptable so that everyone can start at their own level. I have really enjoyed the variety and the fact that they can be done at home. The Community is very supportive and offers a safe place to share struggles, uncertainties but also ideas, support and successes. Bel shows us that taking risks, reassessing our beliefs and taking control is possible. Thank you for sharing your struggles and vulnerabilities- it gives us hope, a sense of purpose and empowerment.

Six Months On The Program

As a person that had always been tall and slim I noticed after 45 I was starting to thicken around the waist and things were going South fast. By 48 I knew I had to do something. I had children late and my youngest was only 3. I was struggling to cope with the demands of a stressful fulltime job and two young children, feeling exhausted all the time. After six months on the program I had lost a total of 29cms and 3% body fat. 14 of those cm’s came off the waist! But the physical changes were only the beginning. The increase in energy was ridiculous, no more flat spots in the afternoons or dragging myself out of bed in the morning. The program taught me a new way to live, I wasn’t following the laid out meal plan but had learnt the principles and continued to apply them, it had just become the norm. My attitude to getting older and in particular hitting the big 50 changed from dreading it to looking forward to being fit and fabulous at 50, and not just that but very achievable!

Six Months On The Program

Six months ago I made the best decision – I joined Bel’s program. Right now I'm walking through France, with a pack on my back, enjoying all the delights of French food and wine. I'm using the principles as I enjoy treats, (but not too many), and I'm absolutely sure that I will still fit my clothes when I get home. It has helped me understand how to plan ahead, to feel in control of my eating, and confident enough to enjoy special times without guilt. Now I can happily say that life is too short to be ruled by guilt around food - I know how to 'get back on track' any time I need to. Bel and the program have changed more than my body; they have changed my life. Bring it on!

9 Months On The Program

Bel’s program has been a life changer for me. I’ve tried various plans throughout my life and this has, without a doubt, been the most comprehensive. The approach is holistic with support in exercise, nutrition and even emotional health. Bel and her coaches plus the other members support each other throughout the process which, when done right, will ultimately be long lived lifestyle changes in order to always look and feel your best.

Dawn Brews*

1 Year On The Program

Today I have lost a total of 17kgs and have never felt so good, fitting into size 8 clothes and never imagining I could have food freedom as I do now. All of the information Belinda's program provides such as conscious eating and listening to your body meant I have been on a journey to reduce eating processed foods and ultimately the added sugar and artificial things in everything we eat, and through this and a positive mind set the weight just fell off me. The weekly emails from Bel kept me on track and inspired me to keep going.

Helen Brennan*

18 Months On The Program

Whatever I say about this program really only scratches the surface of what it has done for me. Just after my 50th birthday I discovered the magic of Bel’s program and I haven’t looked back since then. It has changed my life so much for the better and I brought my beautiful daughter on the journey too. Now we are healthier, happier and much more confident in ourselves. It is now just a part of our life in a way I could never have imagined and I wish I could get every woman to do it as aside from the obvious weight loss and health benefits it has a magic ingredient of confidence boosting in a way I could never have imagined. In fact if I hadn’t experienced it I probably would never have believed it!! I am just so grateful to Belinda and her team for the support along the way. 💖

Karol Edge*

2 Years On The Program

This program is truly amazing – it is holistic, authentic, inspiring and successful. It is uniquely based on the needs of women at ‘that age’ when the body and mind needs a different approach, an approach that is aligned with the hormonal and aging challenges that most of us inevitably encounter. One of the best aspects is the ongoing support and the coaching and the wonderful Facebook lives which bring together ‘real’ women to explore a multitude of topics that we are often reticent to ask about or share our experiences in. Everything on the program is so informative, supportive and motivational - a game changer.

Josie Bailey*

2 Years On The Program

Well I have to say this is the absolute best program I have ever done and got the most support from in every way I needed. I just love, love it. It has really changed me not only on the outside but also in the inside mentally, emotionally and has helped me to develop healthy habits that will last a lifetime. It's been 24 months now since I've been on the program and it just keeps getting better and better. ❤️💜

2 Years Plus On The Program

I turn 50 tomorrow and in the last week I’ve had 3 people compliment me on how good I look - one about being slim, a second about being flexible and fit and a third thinking I was younger. Comments like this are not uncommon for me these days… and I love it. What is even more satisfying than other people’s views is my own feelings of vitality, physical health and enjoying how I look. Finding something to wear that I feel beautiful in is never a problem. And the highlight for me is all of this is still happening 12 months after stepping back from the coaching to see if I could maintain the changes I made on my own - it shows the program has a lasting impact. When I joined my goals were to love how I look and to be fit enough to keep up with my teenage son. Bel delivered on both in a lasting way.

Have A Question?
I've Probably Already Answered It Below!

How quickly will I see results?

Most women start FEELING a lot better in the first week. Energy levels, mood and sleep improve. By weeks 2-3 you’ll start SEEING the changes as your body reshapes and you lose weight. By week 4 you’re feeling healthier, fitter, stronger, leaner and happier. In Month 2 your results will accelerate as everything becomes easier and easier. By Month 3 you’ve achieved the goals we set when you started.

I have a lot of weight to lose, will this work for me?

Yes. If you’re ready to make healthy changes and be consistent you’ll lose the weight and keep it off long term. We’ll work with you to discover what’s held you back in the past and guide you to success through our one-on-one coaching program.

I’m really unfit and have joint problems – will I be able to do the workouts?

Yes. We accommodate all fitness levels, even those who’ve never exercised. If you’re just getting started we’ll begin with gentle bodyweight movement to improve your circulation and rejuvenate your muscles. Your Coach will provide exercise modifications specific to your needs. We’ll take into account your physiotherapist’s and doctor’s recommendations.

Do the workouts have videos I can follow?

Yes all the workouts have either a follow-along or coaching video plus a downloadable PDF guide.

What types of foods are in the eating plan?

We use everyday foods from your local supermarket or fresh food store. We have clients from around the world including Australia, New Zealand, England, Wales, Scotland, Ireland, Europe, Canada and the United States who are easily following the food plan and recipes. Your Coach will help you with any specific requirements, food preferences, sensitivities and substitutions. Vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free and dairy free options are available.

I don’t have a lot of time to cook fancy meals, what are the recipes like?

The recipes are family friendly, quick, easy and simple. Most use just a few ingredients.

Do you cater for gluten free, dairy free and other food sensitivities?

Yes. Your Coach will help you with any specific requirements, food preferences and sensitivities. We have an extensive library of gluten and dairy free recipes.

I’m really time poor and don’t want to read a lot of stuff. Will this still work for me?

Yes! I’ve created a short and concise week-by-week video series so you don’t have to spend your time reading. Your Coach will make sure you focus on what’s most important so the effort you put in leads to results. We make it as simple and easy as you need it to be.

Do you ship anything or is everything online?

Nothing is shipped to you. The whole program is delivered to you online via immediate access to my coaching website.

I’m not good with technology and online things!!

I understand and you’re not alone. Most women on the program including myself didn’t grow up with the technology we have today. We’re used to helping women just like you. You’ll have as much support as you need to make things as easy as possible.

My Promise To You

Wherever you’re at today…

Whether you’re feeling frustrated and down on yourself - or whether you’re really struggling, feeling overwhelmed and alone…

I’ve been there and I understand how painful, lonely and difficult this phase of your life can be.

I know how to help you break free of the struggle and how to do this as quickly and easily as possible.

Even if you’ve tried “everything” with no results and even where other plans and programs have failed you.

I’m successful at solving mid-life challenges because I know how to get to the hidden, root cause - the real reason that’s stopping you from losing weight and feeling better.

Your metabolism isn't broken and your hormonal symptoms aren’t unfixable!!

You just need to take back control.

You need an easy lifestyle change for long-term results - not a temporary Band-Aid fix, not a “diet”, expensive supplements or extreme interventions.

If this sounds like what you need then let go of the past and let go of the excuses…

It’s time to own this!!

It’s time to get in the drivers seat and take back control of your body and life.

It’s time to look after YOU.

Think about this right now…

What’s the cost of not changing?

Of staying stuck where you are today?

Are you prepared to keep paying this price emotionally and physically for the months and years to come?

Struggling on your own - failing over and over again??

It’s time to get the help you need so you can look back and say…

"This is one of the best decisions I’ve ever made."

I’m waiting to help you reclaim your body, your happiness and your life…

Are you ready?
